Scorpio Full Moonletter
Here we are again in a liminal realm; meeting the knife edge of death and life which seeks to remind us of our spiritual aliveness.
It may feel as if you are on a threshold and waypoint between two worlds and this moon reveals the emotional tone of the crossing - the fear, uncertainty, longing, passion, and commitment it takes to walk into the unknown.
The outer planetary alignments show us one foot in the new vision (Neptune in Aries), one foot in the old structures and karmas (Saturn in Pisces), and the force of liberation poised to help us transform by restructuring the earth realm (Uranus in Gemini).
Yes, everything is shifting â some things crumbling, others emerging and unfolding.
Transformation means we take something that is important to us and let it evolve into something else - something better suited to the next phase. But to do so, we have to first be willing to not know.
Scorpio is where we walk to the bottom of the well, trusting that something necessary will come from our own undoing. The darkness is the fertile void, not to be feared but treasured; only in darkness (the unknown) can we learn to walk by the radiant light of the Self.
You may feel during this moon a resonance with:
the river beneath the river
Look beyond the surface, dive down deeper into the waters of awareness. You can sense something there, something that goes beyond words and names. It's the pulse of the soul, and it has a message that can only reveal itself in emotions, dreams, images, intuition, signs and omens. Pay attention.
a seed in darkness
Buried in the humus, the dark rich soil, is something meaningful which needs to crack open before it can grow towards the light. Splitting open is painful! Of course it is, it's death of one way of being. But the full expression of the tree of your being, or the briliance of your blossom, requires this death.
the treasure difficult to attain
Your most valuable wisdom resides in places you've kept safely hidden from view - often even from yourself. What secrets can you reveal and look on with love, even if they sting a little? Notice what agitates, activates, what carries emotional charge. Then ask yourself, what if this is a mirror? What is the message of this moment?
depth as protection
You are not meant to be always in the light, your tender parts may needs privacy and safety to unfold; intuition needs solitude and discernment to mature; emotional truths develop richness with patience and mindful timing. Itâs okay to slow down and just listen. Let yourself slow down and rest in the quiet, secret place where you don't know the answers. Let yourself not know. The depths are a womb for the next version of you.
darkness before fire
When making a sacred vessel, clay must rest in darkness before meeting fire. So too in us, transformation happens first in the hidden parts of the heart before it bursts into creative flame. Trust that what has been shaped is now preparing for a sealing which will create immense beauty - but first, the darkness.
This moon invites you to consider the emotional truths youâve been avoiding, but with softness and compassion.
What you've kept in shadow isn't weakness but wisdom waiting for its perfect moment to emerge, and it has a sacred timeline.
You cannot know everything or always be right. If you donât have to be perfect, what space might be made for you to be free?

Author's Note: My beloved kin, I have been in a bit of an underworld myself these past days, navigating a frantic and fried nervous system, wired for urgency but desperately needing a slow down.
Man, do I have a lot to say to you. Stories and anecdotes and deep thoughts galore. But, like the clay pot above, I need just a few days more to rest in the darkness. I'll be back to writing in a few days, and share what's been going on. Thanks for loving me and being patient.
