Moon Medicine was born in 2018, and has walked alongside over 150 women since, reclaiming something ancient and vital: sacred feminine ceremony and space for authentic relating.
For thousands of years, we gathered with the moon to honor the rhythms of life, share myth, story, movement and song. With the rise of patriarchy, and destruction of our circles, too many women have forgotten our magic, and Earth mother who sustains us.
We're called now, to return now and remember. Because to restore balance to the planet, we must first restore it within ourselves.

Moon Medicine Founder + Guide
Hi, I'm Amelia Travis: spiritual business coach for visionary women, integral psychology practitioner, counseling astrologer, and medicine work guide. My soul-centered approach to expanding awareness is rooted in over two decades of integral spiritual studies, depth and transpersonal psychologies, and eco-feminist values.
With curiosity, warmth and an open heart, I invite you to join me in exploring, discovering, and celebrating your expanded self; integrating ego, soul, relationships, community, and Earth. Walking with you on the spiral path of remembrance and becoming is my greatest joy and purpose.

Since the Enlightenment, salons have been a way for women to gather socially in our own homes, speak freely, and share paradigm-shifting perspectives suppressed or denied by the over-culture.
In these sessions, we explore Sophia (wisdom, spirit) through studies, experiential practices and conversations that reframe and reactivate our healthy relationship with power.Â
We redefine self-worth through lenses of earth, body, feminine spirituality, myth and story, and cosmic inquiry.
This is how we become women who topple empire: revive the lost Goddess, rebuild the temple and remember that we are the medicine.Â

Our bodies remember. For millennia, women have found safety, freedom, and belonging in each other. Even now, longevity is directly impacted by the quality of our feminine relationships.
With the new moon, we slow down together for rest, regeneration, and tending the inner world of vision through meditation, breathwork, ritual journaling and setting intentions.
Beneath the full moon, we honor release and change with creative and somatic practices, community sharing and deep listening.
In moon circles, we witness and care for each other, centering the truth that like the moon, we matter and belong in all our phases.
