• 6 Wisdom Teachings: recorded self-paced video lessons, supplementary readings and resources
• 6 Community Gatherings: 2 hour live call, contemplative or creative practice, community witnessing / sharing
• 3 Creative Studios: monthly session with soul stirring music and a guided visual or expressive arts practice
